Your Right to Cancel
Because you buy from us online — a "distance contract" — you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This page explains exactly how that works, in plain English.

Your 14-day cooling-off period
You may cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The period runs from:
- the day your contract is concluded, for services; or
- the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, for products.
If you want us to start within the 14 days
If you'd like us to begin your installation during the cancellation period, you must ask us to do so expressly (we'll capture this when you book). If you then cancel, that's fine — but you agree to pay for the work reasonably carried out up to the moment you cancel.

Your refund
Where you're entitled to a refund, we'll process it within 14 days of being told you're cancelling, using the same payment method you used — less any fair charge for work you asked us to begin.
When cancellation rights don't apply
Some situations fall outside the standard right to cancel, including emergency repairs or maintenance you specifically ask us to attend, bespoke or made-to-measure items, and services you've asked us to fully perform within the 14 days (where you acknowledged you'd lose the right to cancel on completion).
